Just A Little History...

The Waldo Funeral Home was founded in 1937 by Rollie R. Waldo, who built the original structure in 1936, the first and only building in Sherman's history constructed to have a mortuary. It was operated by Robert Waldo after 1959 until 1980 when it was purchased by David Bedgood, current owner and operator. Waldo Funeral Home has provided the Grayson County area with the finest in funeral service and funeral per-planning services since 1937. The addition of the Waldo Family Center in 1995 has provied a meeting and dining facility for the families we serve as well as a community room for the area. | |||
